The legal audit of the legal land situation or the land plot audit includes the following stages:
- current land use analysis;
- retrospective land plot analysis — how it has been formed, on what documents it is based, whether all the procedural aspects have been met etc.;
- examination of the history of the title to and/or the right to use the land plot and of legal grounds for registration of the rights;
- check of restrictions and encumbrances over the land plot, including seizure, mortgage, registered third-party rights, litigation etc.
