According to the effective laws of Ukraine, urban development documentation is the graphic and text materials that are approved by the respective designated authorities and govern development, planning and other use of the area.
The urban development documentation includes without limitation general layout plans of settlements, zoning plans of the settlement areas. This documentation establishes the regulatory regimes of settlement development.
